These frequently asked questions address key concerns (order, delivery, payment, compliance, quality, technical support) to ensure smooth cooperation with global clients.
The MOQ for standard products (PU/PE/UV series) is 1 ton. For OEM/ODM customized products, the MOQ is negotiated based on formula complexity and production capacity, usually 5 tons. Small trial orders (≤ 1 ton) for sample testing are available upon request.
For standard products: 7-15 working days after payment confirmation. For OEM/ODM products: 15-20 working days (including sample confirmation). We provide two logistics options: 1) Self-owned hazardous chemicals fleet (for domestic and nearby Asian markets); 2) Cooperated international logistics (sea/air freight for global markets), with Guangzhou Port as the main departure port.
We accept flexible payment terms: L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, 30% deposit + 70% before delivery), and Alipay. For long-term partners, we can negotiate more favorable terms (e.g., 20% deposit) based on cooperation history.
Yes. Our coatings comply with EU REACH, US EPA, and Chinese national standards. For water-based wood coatings: VOC ≤ 250g/L (color paint) and ≤ 300g/L (clear varnish); for solvent-based polyurethane topcoats: VOC ≤ 550-650g/L (depending on gloss). All products are tested and certified, with SVOC not detected, meeting high-end market requirements.
